- Before applying for cooperation, it is essential to clarify the goals of collaborating with UVT, such as improving course quality, providing certification opportunities, increasing internship programs, or enhancing students' employability.
- Identify specific areas and forms of cooperation, such as course development, internship programs, or online education.

Prepare Cooperation Proposal
- Draft a cooperation proposal: Prepare a detailed proposal explaining the background of your institution or organization, cooperation goals, expected outcomes, and how it aligns with UVT's mission.
- Specific Plan: Include a specific cooperation plan in the proposal, outlining the course development timeline, expected student numbers, participating teachers or experts, and required learning codes.

Establish Contact
- Contact UVT: Send your cooperation proposal or request to Info@uvt.us.org for further discussion on cooperation intentions.
- Participate in Relevant Events: Attend public events or seminars organized by UVT to increase opportunities for face-to-face communication with UVT representatives.

Sign Agreement
- Formal Agreement: Once both parties reach an agreement, a formal contract can be signed, specifying the responsibilities, rights, budget, evaluation criteria, and other details.
