Certification Rules and Requirements
Introduction
UVT follows international standards and has established specific rules and requirements for obtaining certification. These standards ensure the credibility, relevance, and value of UVT certification in the professional field.
General Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Provide proof of identity and legal status.
Training and Education Prerequisites
While some certifications may require prior training or formal education in a relevant field, others may only require work experience.
- Basic certification: Professional certificate: Must complete the required class hours and take the exam within the specified time. But it is recommended to have at least one year of work experience in this field. After completing each course exam, corresponding professional certificates can be obtained. Course Exam .
- Professional certification: Honor certificate: After obtaining the professional certificate for each course, one can apply for an honor certificate. Apply to become an expert
- SME Certificate: To apply for admission to the talent pool and obtain an SME certificate, one must hold 23 honorary certificates.Apply to join the talent pool
Examination Rules
- Exam Registration: Candidates must pre-book the exam and provide necessary personal information.
- Exam Time and Location: Specific times and locations will be notified after registration confirmation. Most exams allow candidates to choose between online or in-person testing.
- Exam Content and Format: Exams typically include written tests, oral tests, or practical assessments to evaluate professional knowledge, skills, and ethics, ensuring candidates possess the core competencies required for the profession.
- Exam Discipline: Candidates must strictly adhere to exam rules; cheating, plagiarism, or any other inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited. Violating these rules may result in disqualification or other penalties.
- Grade Assessment: Exam results are usually published within three working days after the exam. Candidates who pass will receive the corresponding qualification certificate, while those who do not can choose to retake the exam according to policy.
- Grade Appeals: If candidates have objections to their grades, they can submit an appeal within three weeks, and the center will conduct a review.
Code of Ethics
Every UVT certificate holder must adhere to the UVT Code of Ethics, which emphasizes professionalism, integrity, and the pursuit of excellence. Violations of this code may lead to revocation of certification.
Continuing Education
Once certified, professionals are required to continue their education to maintain their certification, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest industry standards and practices.
