His commitment to teaching excellence at Harvard recently earned him the Dean Shinagel Award for Outstanding Teaching.
Nicole Ames
Nicole Ames has accumulated expertise in digital marketing by leading strategic initiatives and building high-performing integrated marketing teams for top international brands like 3M, White Claw, and Sallie Mae. In addition to her consulting business, she has honed her teaching experience through graduate digital marketing courses at Emerson College, Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, and Harvard University’s Continuing Education.

Robert C. Bordone (Bob)
Robert C. Bordone (Bob) is an internationally recognized expert, writer, speaker, and educator in negotiation, conflict resolution, mediation, and facilitation. He is currently a Senior Fellow at Harvard Law School and the founding director of the Cambridge Negotiation Institute, where he has been a full-time faculty member for over twenty years, serving as the Thaddeus R. Beal Clinical Professor of Law and the founding director of the Harvard Negotiation and Mediation Clinical Program.
